The Opportunity

Based at state of the art Hengrove Park Leisure Centre, we are looking for a British Gymnastics level 2 Qualified Coach/Activity Instructor to deliver a fun, exciting and inclusive recreational programme of gymnastics to lead the British Gymnastics Jump into Gymnastics programme.

Key Duties include:

• To plan, prepare and deliver coaching sessions as specified by the programme.
• To develop coaching sessions that meets Key Performance Indicators.
• To maintain accurate administration records for all sessions in line with the facilities processes and procedures.
• To comply with and promote equality, health, safety and employee development in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• To undertake any other appropriate duties as may be allocated from time to time in accordance with the general nature of the pos

The Person

• You will be friendly natured, flexible, a team player, who possess fantastic communication skills, and be self motivated. We are looking for someone who has previous or current experience of working with children between 3-12 years in a gymnastics environment.
• As a coach you will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication and customer service skills.
• It is essential that you hold a level 2 NGB Coaching award (or equivalent) and will require if not already held a DBS certificate.
