Role Details:

• Shifts: Various shifts between 6am – 10pm, including weekends (5 days out of 7)

Spa Attendant - Aim of the Role:

To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Spa.

Spa Attendant - Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness: Regularly check changing rooms and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes
• Fitness Equipment: Maintain cleanliness and ensure teamwork and flexibility
• Maintenance: Report any faults to the Spa Manager
• Guest Assistance: Help guests and members with queries, referring to a Senior Manager if needed
• Pool Testing: Manage pool water records and ensure proper filing
• Plant Room: Keep the plant room safe, tidy, and hazard-free

Spa Attendant - About You

• Experience in providing high standards of face-to-face service
• Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Well-presented and professional appearance
