At David Lloyd Leisure Clubs, we host over 10,000 exercise classes every week.

Every one of these classes should deliver a positive experience for the members, as well as for David Lloyd Leisure. We are looking for expert self-employed instructors.

The classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught. We have standard operating procedures, giving clear guidance on how the classes should be run.

You'll need to work with the Group Exercise Coordinator and the reception team, to make sure bookings are taken efficiently and our members are engaged in your class.

You'll be a magnetic, charismatic individual, capable of holding the attention of a room full of people, easily and calmly.

As a self employed instructor you may already have your own private clients, however your commitment to the Club’s group exercise programme will be demonstrated by your enthusiasm and member focussed approach.
