Contract Type: Fixed term 12 months, Part time
Working hours: 20 hours per week

The purpose of the role will be to develop a new approach to our GP Exercise on Referral Programme - ‘Healthy Lives’ and ensure it is sustainable. You will inspire our Healthy Lives members to achieve their goals, delivering individual/ Group exercise programmes. At all times you will help create a community orientated environment and always deliver excellent customer service
The reason for the role is to simplify our approach to Social Prescribing and GP Exercise on Referral into one programme, pilot delivery and ensure it is self-funding. You will be part of an expert team of Health and Fitness Professionals and report directly into the Community Engagement Lead
You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who will share your passion for leisure, and we will offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
What you'll need to do the role
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of working in the health and fitness industry.
It’s essential that you hold a level 3 GP exercise referral, a level 2 Fitness instructor and level 3 personal instructor
