Location: Area covering Somerset to Slough to Sheffield

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role. You will oversee the performance of the West region’s sales teams, develop Marketing and comms Strategies and maximise business growth. You will build strategic processes and develop colleagues to their full potential.

We need a Regional Sales & Business Manager who will...

• Be able to support and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Be a fantastic communicator that relishes working in a fast paced environment
• Be results driven and be able to overachieve on targets set
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall sales in our centres
• Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your teams As travelling daily will also be an essential part of the role a company car will be provided.
