ABOUT THE ROLE
Exciting opportunity to join our growing F&B team within a luxury wellness club in the heart of Cotswold. As a F&B Team Member you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our members and be an Ambassador for the Bamford Collection values.

SALARY: 11.80 + tronc

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the line manager to create strategies for improving team performance, morale, and engagement.
Lead with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service & attention to detail
Can do attitude to accommodate members' request
First class communication skills with members, overall Club team, including Kitchen.
Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance
Bamford The Club is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential and opening and closing shifts
Christmas Day & Boxing Day off Including New Year Day

Responsible for drinks stock check and rotation
Drive and organise menu changing tasting, support with Club events and workshop

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Bar knowledge required
• Experience with event preferred
