We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join the Front of House Team, with the opportunity to earn up to 45,000.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.

The responsibilities of the Sommelier are:

• Welcoming members and their guests to the restaurant
• Leading your section with precision and charm
• Assisting the Cellar Team and deliver wine to members
• Developing service standards
• Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests

The Experience & Qualifications required as Sommelier are:

• Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member's club advantageous

The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
