Head Kitchen Porter

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Salary: 29,500 per annum

Hours: Term time; typically a mixture of 6:45am-3:15pm, 9am-5:30pm and 10:30am-7pm.

Shifts Patterns are mostly Monday-Friday with approximately 8 weekends per year

Outside of term, shifts are mostly 6:45am-3:15pm or 9am-5:30pm

Location: Prestigious Independent School near Petworth, West Sussex - GU28 0NB.

The School is located at South Down's Lavington Park, a 400-acre Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

You also need the following to be a Head Kitchen Porter

The ability to organise supplier deliveries and store rooms; coordinate food and hospitality deliveries across the estate to various outlets through your team of five Kitchen Porters

Have a strong understanding of health and safety; be adaptable and customer-focused; be excellently organised; show great attention to detail; be a team member and enjoy success as a team; and have a flexible approach to work.

Ability to commute

• Sussex, GU28 0NB: reliably commute to location is required without the use of public transport due to the remote location of the school
• A full Drivers Licence is required for this role
