We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for GSK OC in GSK

Location: GSK

Rate of pay: €18.70 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

Design & create seasonal menus.

Manage the canteen team by delegating responsibilities effictively. 

Lead, mentor & develop team in a high performing work environment.  

Manage inventory including ordering, recieving & storing of stock, while maintaining optimal stock levels. 

Monitor food cost, minimise waste

Ensure kitchen operates in compliance with health & safety regulation
