You’ll be a sociable and friendly Duty Manager who is at home within a fun, busy, and fast paced Edinburgh restaurant. You’ll look for the good in people and always do the right thing, while assisting the General Manager in managing a talented team. As Duty Manager you will always strive for excellence in restaurant standards
