Chef de Partie - The Peacock

The Peacock are on the search for an experienced CDP with a great passion for the role to join our thriving food led and community focused modern British pub.

Our all-day food offer focuses on seasonality and sharing - from small plates to hearty gastropub classics - while weekends are all about Saturday brunch and stunning Sunday roasts. Behind the bar you'll find the best of London's craft beer scene, classic cocktails, small-batch gins and artisan wines. Located opposite Angel tube station, we're the perfect spot for a few pints, a quick bite, or dinner with friends and family.

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business.

You Are:

• A Chef de Partie passionate about food and cooking with great produce
• An enthusiastic and dynamic CDP who is ready for a new challenge
• Experienced working with fresh ingredients
• Able to demonstrate good communication and an ability to work well in a high-performance team
