We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Night Manager to join the leadership team at Crimson Hotels. As Front of House NIght Manager, you will play a pivotal role as part of the management team.
The Role
You will be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front of House department and ensuring delivery of departmental performance and standards. You will lead the Reception, Concierge, Guest Service and Night teams to exceed our guests’ expectations. You will drive performance of your team through coaching, regular feedback, support and accountability to deliver intuitive and consistent service. You will be the driving force of the hotel’s warm and professional guest arrival and departure experiences, along with ensuring all guest requests are proactively sought and fulfilled pre, during and post their stay, with coordinated inter-departmental communication.
The Person
In addition to having experience in a similar role, you will have exceptional commercial acumen and will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills. You will have a proven track record in coaching and developing a team to deliver intuitive and consistent guest satisfaction and drive guest loyalty. Finally, you will have exceptional attention to detail and be comfortable working with other Head of Departments to nurture the hotel’s positioning.
