As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Galley, ensuring high standards in our restaurants is maintained at all times. Operating a better together approach with the Hotel Stores Manager you will work with requisition of food orders and the identification of slow moving food items to facilitate effective stock turnover.
To join Cunard in this fantastic role you will need the following experience:
- Proven experience of budgets and financial management within a corporate environment.
- Extensive managerial experience within large galley/kitchen teams
- Passionate and dedicated
- Galley cruise ship or 5* experience in a similar role is a must

Please note that Personal Survival Techniques (PST) and Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, other than Fast Rescue Boats STCW is a requirement for this role. Further information will be provided should your application be successful.
Crew are recommended to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations prior to joining a ship, if available.
