We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join us and take the lead in revolutionizing the food experience for one of our flagship clients, known for their commitment to innovation and successfully creating exceptional workplace environments. You will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution and ensuring world-class client relationship management. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

• To create and maintain a culture where individual and team development is culturally institutionalised, service standards are consistently reviewed and improved upon.
• Established ability to innovate and delegate to successful delivery
• Excellent commercial and strategic acumen
• Risk management utilising the harmonious interplay of analytical prowess, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
• The ability to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for implementing.

• Possess great organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Successful progressive background in catering, hospitality, retail at the relevant level
• Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client.
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
