We are currently looking for a passionate Engineering Supervisor, to join our Engineering on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Engineering Supervisor your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To communicate daily with heads of other departments to ascertain if any challenges requiring engineering assistance.

To ensure that daily morning team briefings are carried out and that work distributed is recorded and followed up to resolution.

Daily management, monitoring and updating Knowcross for jobs completion and communication.

To allocate planned and reactive tasks effectively matched to appropriate team members' skills.

To oversee the operation of the Building Management System to ensure plant is being run economically and effectively.

To supervise and oversee the Plant Engineer in his/her duties to successfully operate all Building Engineering central plant efficiently. Being constantly aware of energy conservation and green issues

through optimizing the operation where ever practically possible. Implementing best practice ideas at all times.

You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
