We're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team at New Hall School. Enjoy a structured Monday-Friday day shift schedule, perfect for maintaining work-life balance, while preparing top-quality meals for students, staff, and events at this prestigious school.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the school's menus and standards.
• Support the Executive Chef and Senior Chef team in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Assist with menu development, ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are incorporated.
• Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A passion for creating nutritious and appealing dishes, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
