Job Description

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the school's menus and standards.
  • Support the Executive Chef and Senior Chef team in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Assist with menu development, ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are incorporated.
  • Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A passion for creating nutritious and appealing dishes, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
