Job Description
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the school's menus and standards.
- Support the Executive Chef and Senior Chef team in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development, ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are incorporated.
- Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for creating nutritious and appealing dishes, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
