Reporting to: Business Development & Sustainability Director

Based: East Croydon/Remote

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week at our HQ in East Croydon and 3 days working from home. However, in Easter 2025 we will be moving to our new HQ in Clapham Junction with 3 days a week in the office.

What you need to know about the role...

Our ambition is to accelerate our roll out programme and a key focus of our strategy for 2025 is to build and secure a substantial pipeline of new sites. To support this target, we require an analyst to support the Business Development & Sustainability Director in driving our development strategy, support other teams across the business with demographic insight and work on initiatives to accelerate our pipeline.

The person will support Property, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Data teams with demographic insight to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities...

• Analyse demographic and competition profile of potential target locations across the UK to advise property team on expansion strategy.
• Review site performance to understand success drivers and communicate to management.
• Analyse membership penetration rates and demographic data across existing portfolio and guide operation teams on growth potential
• Carry out detailed site location analysis for proposed development projects.
• Measure the impact of openings and closures
• Prepare membership distribution and penetration maps to support Operations Teams.
• Review demographic data and advise on new launches and targeted marketing campaigns
• Analyse campaign results (response by demographic & areas)
• Provide location analysis to support marketing plans.
• Undertake ad-hoc research and analysis (deskwork and fieldwork) to support development activity and company strategy, including board reports and presentations.
• Provide strategic project support to Operations, Marketing & Property teams as required.
