The role: Senior Chef
We are on the search for our next Senior Chef to join our 107 Aparthotel in Liverpool Street, London. As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for the execution of our all-day dining menu;- with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues.
Reporting into: Operations Manager
What we are looking for…

• We are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable chef who's great at collaborating, and also thrives working solo.
• We need someone who can prepare schedules, handle suppliers, and be an awesome role model for the team- demonstrating our core values of kindness and respect. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
• We are on the hunt for someone with a keen eye for detail. In addition to working with high quality ingredients, whether it’s porridge or a cheese platter, every dish needs to be confidently plated and looking pristine to wow our guests
• The main points of the responsibilities include overall management of the culinary team: supervision of kitchen staff, maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety, supporting team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, and supporting the Operations Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
