    As a Casual Sales Assistant at Tessuti, you will provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador. You'll play an integral role in delivering a premium shopping experience by helping customers find the right products and ensuring the store reflects our luxury standards.

    Job Description

    • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized service.
    • Building strong customer relationships and providing product knowledge across a range of designer brands.
    • Maintaining the visual standards of the store, including stock presentation and replenishment.
    • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and new product arrivals.
    • Supporting the team with general store duties to ensure smooth operations.
    • Assisting in-store promotions, events, and seasonal launches.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
    • Passion for fashion and knowledge of premium and designer brands.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to store success.
