Restaurant Associates are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Birmingham. This role is perfect for a chef looking for a balanced work schedule with evenings and weekends off. Your Role:

• Assist in leading and supervising the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• As Sous Chef part of your role is to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily operations
• Manage inventory and stock control efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for creating quality dishes and working in a team environment
