Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM40hrs PW
Join us as a Senior Chef de Partie in our retail team at Canary Wharf! This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef to work weekday hours with weekends off. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food for our retail operations, collaborating on daily service, and maintaining consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in daily food prep and presentation
• Support menu planning with creative ideas
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure a clean kitchen environment
• Mentor junior team members and support the Sous Chef in kitchen operations
