About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join the team at Box Hill School. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful, inspiring educational environment while creating high-quality meals for students, staff, and events.

Job Description
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the school's menus and standards.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development, ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are incorporated.
- Contribute to special events and hospitality catering as required.
Qualifications
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification as a minimum level 2
- Successful progressive background in catering
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
- Good listening skills
