Cluster Revenue Manager
Imperial London Hotels Group based at ILH Central Offices
40 hours a week - 45, 000 (circa 50,000 depending on experience) + Benefits
Imperial London Hotels has been running hotels in Central London for over 180 years, currently operating seven 3 & 4-star hotels in the heart of Bloomsbury. Independent and family-owned, ILH has a unique heritage and culture that remains its foundation as it evolves and modernises. The portfolio includes The Royal National Hotel which remains UK largest hotel with over 1,600 rooms, The Bedford Hotel, The President Hotel, The Tavistock Hotel, The Morton Hotel and our newly acquired IHG Branded Holiday Inn Bloomsbury. Following a major refurbishment, The Imperial Hotel will open as ILH flagship 4* Deluxe Hotel in 2026.
We are now recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Manager based in the heart of Bloomsbury to join our vibrant and multi-cultural team.
Do you love revenue management but often feel there is a better way of 'doing things' ?
Do you love to test and learn new ideas or tools but can't/ won't because budget targets are so stretched you can't take the risk that something will not work?
Do you often look at the rates in the market and think they seem unfair but must go with them (or even exceed them!) to stay 'competitive'?
Have you ever thought (or been told) that maybe you shouldn't be a revenue manager because you are 'too nice'?
If yes then we want to hear from you!
We are Imperial London Hotels, and we want to rewrite the traditional hospitality mentality. We are looking for like-minded individuals, with an 'entrepreneurial spirit' and preferably a strong revenue background (but don't let that stop you from applying!) who are tired of revenue managing the same way as everyone else.
We have been around for a long time (187 years to be exact!) and we are now embarking on our next chapter with a vision 'to put authentic London experiences and memorable stays within everyone's reach'. To help realise our purpose we are, for the first-time, bringing the revenue function in-house. This means you will have a unique chance to put your stamp on how the revenue function works and we can test, learn and grow as a team - a start up mentality in an established business!
We have big plans across our family of hotels, and we need someone who shares our excitement of the unknown, while being cautious not to risk too much. Someone who cares about the people in and around our business more than just how much money they can earn us. Someone who looks out for the bottom line - not just the top, so we can keep growing. Want to learn more? Please get in touch - we can't wait to meet you!
Key Duties will include:
What we'd like from you
- To develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster, in line with company values.
- To react swiftly and effectively to changing market conditions.
- To complete, analyse, comment on and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports.

- To grow incremental revenue across all streams.
- Create and execute weekly commercial strategy meetings.
- Complete weekly forecasts showing the true position of the business units.
