Make a difference as a People Administrator 

At PGL Beyond, we're all about creating unforgettable adventures and fostering a culture where everyone is valued and supported. As our People Administrator, you'll play a vital role in doing just that for our Head Office teams, alongside:  

    Assist the People & Culture department with administrative tasks required to manage and deliver a great colleague experience  Ensure our colleagues are paid accurately, by completing payroll administration and working closely with our payroll team. Assist in the continuous management of people processes such as: performance evaluation, health and wellbeing management, absence and employee engagement. Provide advice and assistance to line managers on their people queries. Generating people reports so managers are able to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Assisting with projects that make a real difference to our people and our culture  

Is this you? 

    Highly organised with excellent attention to detail (you love a to-do list!).  Ability to make evidence based decisions Resilient - even when others are highly emotional   A brilliant communicator who can build relationships at all levels but also knows when confidentiality and discretion are required   Passionate about delivering fantastic service and supporting a team to thrive.  A quick learner who's eager to develop their HR knowledge and skills.  Associate (Level 3) CIPD qualified would be a benefit, but not essential as we are able to help you achieve this
