More about your role

We are currently recruiting for a Swimming Manager to join our team. As a Swimming Manager you will be responsible for maximising the commercial and participation growth of our swimming lesson and wet course programmes – leading the team to achieve monthly sales, financial and performance targets. You will need to ensure the programmes are operated in accordance with the Sport QMS manual and National Governing Body guidance.

We are looking for candidates who have previous experience within a similar role

To be successful in this role you will need to be commercially minded and have a real passion for the sector.  Strong organisational and communication skills are a must have for this position, and candidates must have high levels of customer service.

Previous experience working with National Governing Bodies would be advantageous, in addition to a relevant Sports Development / Coaching qualification.
