Hours:  40hrs includes weekends/varying shift pattern

Key Objectives:

• To increase the number of new members on a month-by-month basis
• To increase the overall number of members through retention
• To meet Sales and Retention kpi’s collectively through team work
• To deliver an excellent customer experience every time
• To enhance an already very successful Team

Key Tasks:

• To develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members
• To tour and sign-up new members
• To utilize Ez runner to identify and contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries
• To be able to run reports in software with complete accuracy.
• To run reports to identify new joiners for all vital info incl source
• Customer Service; Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to member concerns
• Come up with ideas to enhance member journey and ways to communicate with members

Must Haves:

• Previous industry experience in fitness and sales
• Great communication skills, spoken as well as written
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Great work ethic and able to work to deadlines & targets
• Be motivated & motivational
• Team player but also be able to work autonomously
