We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Retail Manager to join our dedicated Eurest team in a highly innovative corporate environment for our client, Jaguar Land Rover.

More about the role:
- Overseeing 3 main Starbucks and Costa Coffee outlets and circa. 4 retail outlets across the site
- Drive innovation of coffee and associated products through all outlets
- Provide detailed monthly departmental reports and updates to client and senior management
- Carrying out monthly audits and responding to results
- Find effective ways to save cost for the company and client
- Responding to clients' needs quickly ensuring security of the contract and sustaining excellent relationship with the client.
- Previous management experience in high street coffee stores/ artisan coffee providers.
- Passionate about coffee
- Operational hands on manager
- P&L Understanding desirable
- Sales and numerically driven
- Good customer service, giving the customer that "expert advice" at all times
