Contact Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 per week, on a rota are between 5.30am and 10.30pm (5 out of 7 days per week)

Salary: £28,380.00 per annum + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Duty Manager to join our fun and vibrant team at Basingstoke Aquadrome.
 
As the Duty Manager, the purpose of your role will be to manage the day to day running of the facility, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety the priority. You will support the management team in building and maintaining positive relationships with onsite partners, guests, and neighbours.


You will also be involved in a high level of customer interaction as well as the deployment and supervision of the operational team to make sure our customers receive a positive memorable experience.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust. 

 
About you
 
The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, who pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.


To be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have prior experience and confidence in leading a team by example and working face to face with customers, preferably in the Leisure industry.

 

It is desirable that you hold a National Pool Lifeguard certificate (NPLQ), Pool plant operators’ certificate (where appropriate) and first aid at work certificate, however these are not essential as full training will be provided.
