A locally owned hospitality group with serious aspirations, there couldn’t be a more exciting time to join Zen Group. We own 4 of Durham’s most popular and exciting venues; Zen, Tango, The Rabbit Hole and Whitechurch. We are investing and expanding. Along with recently acquiring Whitechurch Durham, we have relocated Tango to a brand new venue and renovated The Rabbit Hole. We are passionate about our venues and our people and are investing in both.

What We Need…

We are looking for experienced and confident Front of House Supervisors to join our team. You will have experience supervising a team in a full service environment and will be comfortable taking on a number of roles within the restaurant.

Along with great service attributes, you will have solid knowledge of H&S, food hygiene and allergens, and be willing to undergo any further training in these areas. You should have a genuine passion for hospitality and the want to provide top class, effortlessly good service, delivering an outstanding experience for the guest. We want superstars who deliver consistently outstanding experiences, memorable for the guest and driving repeat business!
