We are now recruiting for Team Members (Games Hosting & Bar Staff) to help lead our team in providing the most competitive socialising environment for adults in Milton Keynes! This is a BRAND NEW venue opening up in Theatre District, so we’re hoping to be the go-to spot for all nights out! 

Job Purpose 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, guest focused team member. You will be part of a team that inspires and help to forge an environment where we “Create Unforgettable Experiences One Guest at a Time”. Ensuring the safety of other team members and guests as well as operational excellence are important elements of the role. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • You will thrive in a multi-function, fast-paced, high footfall environment where being hands on is an essential part of your role 
  • Working across all areas of the business to include reception, bar and games hosting.  
  • Greeting guests at reception and assisting with bookings and equipment 
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks, maintaining a high standard 
  • Mixing ingredients to prepare premium cocktails 
  • Help to maintain high standards of hygiene in line with company procedures 
  • Comply with all stock management procedures as set out by the business 
  • Understand and comply with all beverage regulations and procedures 
  • Check identification and confirm legal drinking age is adhered to 
  • Guest experience is at the heart of what we do so the desire to be face to face with guests is essential 
  • The Health & Safety of our teams and guests is our highest priority and as such this will always be at the top of your agenda. 
  • Comply with all H&S regulations and procedures 
  • You will be adaptable with a real can-do attitude 
  • You will help to maintain an exciting and energetic workplace for your colleagues and a safe, fun-filled, exciting venue for our guests 

Qualifications/Skills 

  • Previous experience at within a hospitality/leisure venue is desirable 
  • A background in bars/clubs/pubs is desirable 
  • A good level of spoken English 
  • Basic IT skills 

Working Conditions 

  • Flexible Contracts offering part time hours negotiable with weekend work essential 
  • There will be a mixture of daytime and evening work - typically 16-24 hours per week 
  • Up to £11.44 per hour
