Commis Waiter/Runner - Liverpool Street, London

Location: London, EC2M 3YD

Contract Type: Permanent, minimum 30 hours per week, shifts between 10am and 11.30pm

As a Commis Waiter/Runner you will play an important part in the organisation and smooth running of the restaurant you are assigned to. An introductory role to the waiting team, this role is perfect for an individual looking to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. You will be assigned to one of our restaurants as your main point of work but will have the opportunity to support across the other outlets to further your knowledge.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support the waitstaff during service.
• Bringing food and drinks from the pass and the bar to the guest’s tables.
• Setting tables pre-opening, post-closing and at the end of each guest’ meal.
• Clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing general assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture.
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
• Conversational level of spoken and written English.
• Right to work in the UK.
