The Front of House Manager will work within the Management Team operating in a prestigious corporate environment within a large investment bank based in Central London where employee wellbeing is a key part of daily life.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the Front of House team ensuring the department delivers a 5* customer service experience and is able to find solutions to member enquiries. They will also be responsible for ensuring the Front of House operation runs smoothly by managing the rota, retail stock ordering and membership management including sign ups, cancellations and all membership enquiries.

About the role:
Main Duties:
- Deliver excellent customer service levels that exceed expectations.
- Ensuring the membership database is managed efficiently and effectively
- Create a hub of knowledge to support all member and non-member enquiries
- Flexible to be able to conduct opening, mid and closing shifts
- Present a monthly report on the department covering performance and opportunities
- Collaborate with the fitness department •Challenge mediocracy
- Develop FOH team with goal setting and long term planning
To succeed as part of the management team you will have:
- Experience in a customer service focused environment.
- A team player with exceptional planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Approachable, personable, and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent IT skills, with proven skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
