Summary

Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of a super friendly team this role as a General Cleaner plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service. This role is line managed by the Collections and House Officer. 

Hours: 16 hours per week. The hours for this role are worked over a 4 day period commencing at 7am each day.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £11.50 an hour

Interview date: week commencing 16th December

What it's like to work here

This hauntingly beautiful 270 acre estate, with far-reaching views over the River Deben towards Woodbridge, is home to one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of all time. As well as the Royal Burial Ground, estate walks and viewing tower, the property also has the High Hall Exhibition Hall, Tranmer House, café, shop, welcome building and education area.




What you'll be doing

As a General Cleaner, you'll go out of your way for others and you’ll help to make our property an extra special place to visit. You’ll turn your practical hand to all sorts of cleaning, ensuring all our facilities are kept in good working order. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the property by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.
