Cluster Revenue Manager

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team on a fixed term maternity cover basis. Reporting directly to our Group Revenue Director, this role will support the revenue function in both strategic and operational capacities, driving continuous improvement through effective processes, SOPs, and project management.

As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our hotels. This position focuses on maximising market share, revenue performance, and profitability across all sales streams. Collaborating closely with the Hotel General Manager and hotel teams, you will analyse market trends, develop data-driven pricing and sales strategies, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Your ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive environment will be key to exceeding revenue targets and delivering sustainable growth


Your Impact

Drive Hotel Market Share and Revenue Performance

Ensure that sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting

Integrate with other functions in the business to ensure delivery of profitable revenue management strategies

Build effective working relationships and communications with hotel teams and other key stakeholders.

Determine the market segmentation and distribution strategies required to achieve the budget targets

Work in commercial partnership with the General Manager and hotel teams to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets for all sales streams

Take the initiative to adapt strategy and tactics in response to the changing competitive environment

About You

  • Proven background in revenue management, specifically in total revenue management.
  • An optimistic self starter with a proven background in proactively identifying business opportunities.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive revenue strategies.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, presenting in public settings, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue management systems and tools (e.g., PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, Sales & Catering, Channel Managers) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resilient, driven, and capable of working independently within a fast-moving environment. Willing to travel, with a commitment to maintaining a presence across our hotel locations
  • Highly organised and brilliantly analytical

    Location Flexibility:

    We're open to candidates based throughout the UK. This is a remote or hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from home, or within our office/hotels.
