Location: Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire.

Salary: 26,780 per annum

The Role:

Do you have a track record for providing high quality maintenance projects and an eye for detail?

As part of our maintenance team, you will play an integral role in the general appearance of the interior and exterior of Hoar Cross Hall to the high standards required. The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, colour matching, applying paint and other finishes, and ensuring a professional finish on all surfaces.

Role Specification:

• Prepare surfaces and areas for decorating and painting.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Carry out all painting and decorating duties to a high standard across the property and grounds.
• Ensure the property is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained year-round.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.
• Undertake activities to maintain safe and clean external environment.

Personal Specification:

Essentials

• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Good physical condition and stamina.

Shift Pattern:

• 5 days a week
• 40 hours per week
• 9.30am - 6pm shift pattern
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
