Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for the smooth running of our banqueting events. Directing the team to deliver the requirements specified by the event organiser to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
- As a Banqueting Floor Manager, you will be based in our stunning and palatial Pall Mall clubhouse and deliver a consistent and professional conference or banqueting experience that is memorable and leaves members and their guests feeling highly satisfied. Offering a luxurious environment Pall Mall is home to a variety of high-profile events including conferences, committee events, private parties and weddings. We average over 40,000 covers a year in banqueting alone.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Chefs
- Hold staff event briefings
- Ensure event runs according to the specific requirements set out by the event organiser
About you:
- Previous experience in a luxury banqueting environment, working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of managing floor staff
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experience at all times
- Good communication skills
- Team player
