This role is based in Epsom.

Purpose of the role:

Our exclusive country clubhouse in Epsom is looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie offering a wide variety of cooking including sandwiches, afternoon tea, brasserie, events and fine dining

Responsibilities:

  • Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
  • Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
  • Responsible for assisting in the preparing and cooking of the dishes on sections of the kitchen
  • Follow the instructions of the Chef de Partie to be enable the smooth running of the section
  • Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy

About you:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Demi CDP in a similar establishment
  • Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine
  • Basic food hygiene skills
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions
