Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

23.5 Degrees are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivational Store Manager to join our team. We are Starbucks’ first ever UK franchised partner with 101 retail coffee stores. Store Manager Salary - From £30,500 per annum

We are looking for:

  • An Assistant Manager or Store Manager with a background in retail/hospitality.
  • A passion for providing world-class customer service with ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
  • Team development skills and proven coaching experience to coach our Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers to be the best they can be.
  • Effective communication skills that allow you to lead and direct your team of Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.
  • Proven track record in back-office processes such as labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering and stock counts, with an ability to work towards budgets to achieve outstanding results through your team.
