We have an opportunity for an experienced and creative Night Chef / Baker to join our brigade here at Chiltern Firehouse.

Shift pattern:

• 8:00 pm to 6:00 am
• 5 on 2 off

As our next Night Chef you will:

• Work with the finest British seasonable ingredients and select produce;
• Prepare baked goods such as Pizza, Doughnuts and a la carte dishes;
• Prepare mise-en-place for the day brigade; and
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks.

What we are looking for in our next Night Chef:

• Experience as a Pizza Chef and Baker; and
• Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie level required.

The Chiltern Firehouse is an André Balazs Property, a 5-star luxury, boutique hotel and Restaurant in Marylebone. We are part of the intimate collection of André’s distinctly bespoke hotels that include the iconic Chateau Marmont and the seasonal Sunset Beach in New York. Constructed in 1889, Chiltern Firehouse was one of London’s first purpose-built fire-stations, regarded as

one of the finest surviving examples of Gothic architectural style, and has been elegantly restored to offer 26 bedrooms and suites.

Chiltern Firehouse celebrates contemporary, ingredient-focused cooking, with an underlying American accent, placing emphasis on seasonality and healthy eating.
