Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week

Full Job Description

District is all about: good vibes, coffee, natty wine and elevated cocktails. We serve simple, delicious food, with all day brunch, and sharing plates in the evening.

You’ll be joining a growing family, with sites in: Parsons Green, Embassy Gardens & Battersea Park. Each with their own personality and incredible teams!

Who you are:

A people person, who thrives on developing their team. A natural leader that brings energy to the venue and leads from the front. There are no back office managers here. You will be driven to inspire and develop your small but strong team. And want to build strong relationships in the community around you. You have a strong foundation in operations and finance, and are passionate about creating excellent guest experiences. Ideally you have 2 years + in a Hospitality Manager role with a focus on coffee and/or wine.

Key responsibilities:

  • PL accountability,
  • Stock control.
  • Driving events/private hires.
  • Labour budget & rotas.
  • Maintaining customer service and front of house standards, ensuring continuity of service and providing impeccable standards.
  • HACCP, COSSH,H&S, EHO, 1st Aid, compliance.
  • Recruitment including on-boarding, training and development, performance management.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment including health & safety, risk management and assessment including food safety compliance (Food Alert)
  • Team training across the board.
  • Developing a loyal customer base for you and your team.
