Maintenance Engineer (2 Month Temporary Contract) - Covent Garden

About You:

We're looking for a foot mobile engineer covering 22 bars across Central London. You'll be required to do planned and reactive work consisting of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general snagging. You should have a can-do attitude, organised and efficient with an eye for detail. A team player as well as a self-starter with the motivation to problem solve under pressure.

Main responsibilities:

• Travel between jobs in and around London to carry out reactive maintenance across assigned sites.
• Visit properties to diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source material required.
• Update jobs via the Asana portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good-quality pictures are taken
• Perform plumbing/plastering/painting/electrics and general maintenance tasks
• Prioritise the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
• Identify areas for improvement
• Implement safety policies and procedures
• Maintain expense reports
