An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the fabulous Butcombe Brewery Sales Team!

We're currently looking out for an Area Sales Manager to join us at Butcombe Brewery as we expand into Dorset- a region with significant growth potential. In this role, the Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, focusing on developing effective strategies and building meaningful new business relationships. It's a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our growth and make a real impact.

We offer an incredible range of our own beers, IPA's and Lagers and you will be selling into customers around the Dorset Area.

Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:

  • Uncover and develop exciting new sales opportunities while nurturing and growing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Smash your sales targets by unlocking the full potential of current and future accounts.
  • Become a product expert! Dive deep into the technical and commercial world of our offerings, outsmart competitors, and spot leads using smart sales analysis.
  • Be the face of the brand! Attend dynamic sales meetings and represent us at buzzworthy public events that showcase our products.
  • Bring the wow factor! Use creative and impactful techniques-like merchandising, training, and presenting-to drive product demand.
  • Keep us at the top of our game by ensuring all actions comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Negotiate deals like a pro, staying within guidelines but making every opportunity count.
  • Build trusted partnerships! Represent the company with integrity and professionalism while creating lasting connections with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Champion Butcombe Brewery and the Liberation Group as a true brand ambassador.
  • Bring products to life using standout marketing materials that captivate and convert.
  • Keep the cash flowing! Ensure timely payments, monitor credit limits, and work with credit control to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Stay ahead of the game! Maintain detailed customer records, track every interaction, and follow up on leads with precision and speed.
