Our newest Pub will be opening in the beautiful town of Lymington, based on the edge of the New Forest in Spring 2025, so we have an amazing opportunity for a very experienced General Manager to join our fantastic team.

Dating back to the 1700's this historic pub is located on the edge of the New Forest. Oozing character, this Grade II listed building is undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment to create a warm, welcoming bar of 57 covers,, a beautiful dining room with 96 covers and gorgeous outdoor space for al fresco dining with 87 covers, with an additional lawn garden.

General Manager - The Ideal Candidate:

• Current experience of working in similar high-end gastro pub or restaurant
• Minimum of 2 years GM experience
• Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering your team
• Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams
• Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business
• It is essential that you are commercially and financially minded
• Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
