We are on the search for our next Housekeeping Team Member - Self Checker. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable stays for our guests. As a House Keeping Self Checker, your responsibilities will include:
- Following our 10 step guide to the perfect apartment.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to our brand standard within the allocated time, including self inspection.
- Behave in a kind, courteuos and professional manner with both guests and team members, at all times.
- Maintain room attendant cart and related equipment such as vacuums and mops to a high standard.
- Work safely to avoid injuries and accidents, following our H&S guidelines at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions and ill-repair concerns using our maintainance platform, Optii.
- Comply with key security and use procedures.
- Report guest lost property accordingly.
- Comply with chemical policies and procedures, undertaking regular COSHH training.
- Assist with maintaining linen room cleanliness and complete linen reject policy as required.
