Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns over 170 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. Founded in 1777 we are a family owned company that blends the best traditional values with a progressive and inclusive approach to business.

We are looking to appoint a Relief Head Chef to support our pub kitchens in across the South. You will need to be experienced in a similar role in the managed pub sector and able to move between assignments staying away from home when necessary. Operating as relief cover as Head or Sous under an initial 6-12 months contract you will work in a variety of settings to ensure continuity and safeguard brand standards in the absence of the permanent team.
