Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Portrush

Dunluce Lodge, our new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.

This is a 20 hour per week position.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure top-quality cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to enforce standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or luxury resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
