Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Fitness Experience Team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support in achieving their fitness goals. This role involves a combination of direct member interaction, personalised fitness guidance, and maintaining the high standards of our fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Member Interaction: Greet and engage with members, offering assistance and ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
• Fitness Guidance: Provide personalised fitness advice and support, helping members with their workouts and ensuring they use equipment safely and effectively.
• Class Instruction: Lead or assist with fitness classes and group training sessions, catering to a range of fitness levels and interests.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure all fitness areas and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
• Program Promotion: Promote and encourage participation in club fitness programs, classes, and events.
• Feedback Collection: Actively seek and respond to member feedback, helping to continually improve the fitness experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the fitness management team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Certification: Relevant fitness qualifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness instruction) are a plus.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
