Beaverbrook Town House is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and lead a team committed to delivering the highest standards of guest and member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong Food & Beverage background. You will ensure operational excellence across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Events, while fostering a collaborative, cost-conscious, and proactive working environment.

Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum plus Tronc

  • Being present in the day-to-day operation to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to provide a seamless guest journey.
  • Focusing on all budgets, forecasts, and cost management for the property.
  • Driving continuous improvement through analysing our guest feedback, proactive planning, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
  • Ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.

Who you are:

  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and essentially Food & Beverage.
  • A proven leader who leads by example and provides clear direction to teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
  • Effective communicator who can engage with team members, guests, members, and external stakeholders.
  • Confident decision-maker with a focus on guest experience and service excellence.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury property is essential.
  • Able to juggle front-facing responsibilities while maintaining a focus on proactive planning and operational demands.
