Role Purpose:

Our centre assistant team are the heart of our business. Delivering outstanding service to every single customer that walks through our doors.

The role:

  • Ensure the centre or facility is clean, organised, and meets all safety, health, and compliance standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a welcoming and helpful experience for every customer, every visit.
  • Support stock management by assisting with stock replenishment, rotation, and presentation, ensuring shelves are always well-stocked and neatly arranged
  • Process transactions efficiently at the till, handling cash and card payments with accuracy and following company
  • Be knowledgeable about products, assisting customers with enquiries and offering advice on suitable products to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with colleagues, supporting a positive team culture and helping to achieve centre performance targets
  • Promote company values and brand identity, providing a friendly and professional service that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.  

The Person:

  • Has a passion for overall Wellness and the difference it can make to our customers lives.
  • Passionate about customer service, with a positive attitude and a desire to make each customer’s experience enjoyable and memorable.
  • Friendly and approachable, able to build rapport quickly with customers and team members alike.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in creating an organised, clean, and attractive centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen carefully to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a flexible approach to working hours, including availability during weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
  • Quick learner with an interest in learning about products to better assist customers Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and till operations.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to stay calm and handle busy periods effectively.
  • A background in sports, sports recovery or sports science would be advantageous
