• Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
• Be intuitive and constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.
• Have expert knowledge of our hotel amenities and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest services to drive sales.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
